Kullo.com will replace certain listed products within one year of its purchase, if damaged or broken completely while playing the game subject to the conditions set bellow.

Conditions
The products must not be used for any other purpose other than that they have purchased.
The product serial number should not be removed or encrypted at any time. Most of the products have a built in identity chip, therefore our software can identify the particulars and purchase date.

The customers should take all care and attention when sending back the equipment to our head offices.

The replacement item will be sent back within 14 days and it could take further seven to ten days for delivery.

If we are unable to replace the identical make then we will forward the nearest look alike keeping to the quality.
